Cancellations, changes, or missed appointments for all salon services require a 24-hour call-in notice with our scheduling. Failing to do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment may result in a $50.00 fee.

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at our salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 48 hours. We will be happy to schedule a corrective service within two weeks of your original appointment date. There are no money refunds for any service provided.
Products purchased at the salon or by mail may be exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase, when accompanied by a receipt. Only products that are returned in the same condition as when purchased (including the item itself and packaging) will be accepted for exchange. There are no cash refunds.
Use of the Salon Skanda gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
