Cancellations, changes, or missed appointments for all salon services require a 24-hour call-in notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failing to do so may result in a $50.00 fee. Cancellations and “no-shows” leave a gap in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
When scheduling your first appointment Salon Skanda requires a $50.00 deposit for first-time clients that is applied to your services on the day of your appointment. All deposits will be refunded if you cancel your appointment before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. While we realize for some this may seem an inconvenience, unfortunately, we’ve had to institute this policy due to no-shows. We are confident that you will be so pleased with your first experience at Salon Skanda you will find it was worth it and return again.

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at our salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 48 hours. We will be happy to schedule a corrective service within 7 days of your original appointment date. There are no money refunds for any service provided.
Products purchased at the salon or by mail may be exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase, when accompanied by a receipt. Only products that are returned in the same condition as when purchased (including the item itself and packaging) will be accepted for exchange. There are no cash refunds.
Use of the Salon Skanda gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
